I saw the Nutmeg on top of your bread. I love adding extra nutmeg. Oh, love the idea of the green & red sprinkles that sounds so festive.

Kim one more thing,I made several breads, I added a pinch of nutmeg in the Glaze, Also one more thing, after the glaze dryed & soaked in some, I added some Green and Red Surgar sprinkels and it dyed the Bread Red and Green, It was Really cool!! ***Very Festive*** Thanks again Kim Thumbs Up!!!

Paula, I am so glad your family loved the bread. I do too; it is one of my favorites and I always look forward to making it. I will have to try poking the holes next time.

Thanks So Much Kim for Sharing this Recipe!!! It was a Big Hit for the Holidays ;] Everyone Loved It!!!! I Poked wholes in the bread &let the glaze drizzle through and continued to repeat. I Will Cherish this Recipe and it will Most definitely be a Holiday Tradition in my Family!!
