Here is one of my french loaves at the beginning of rising.

This Turned Out To Be A Perfect Loaf Of French Bread. The Inside Is Soft And Chewy, The Crust Crispy-chewy, And The Flavor Is Wonderful. I Did This In Whole Wheat Flour. Works Great!
