Thanks Bev...give it a shot for sure. When I first tried it I was skeptical of the salt but it worked perfectly...and when you cover it in kosher salt you will think "gosh" this meat will taste too salty but it comes out perfect and with each slice just a real nice hint of salt.

Wow Lol I love the last pic. That's proof that they are delish. Well you swayed me into tryig these out asap. They look done just the way we like our steaks. I never salted my steak while cooking because I thought it would make the meat tough. Thanks for the great post and pic's.
