I do have one that won a Blue Ribbon last year Katy, it is called Dan's Favorite Irish Soda Bread It is my husbands very favorite, of all the ones that I make. You may want to try it also, and although I have never won an award for this it is one of our favorite meals, Irish Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner we have it through out the year not just on St Patricks Day.

Katy it is so simple it will make you wonder why you didn't make it sooner. It is quite tasty. I love raisins so I added extra.

I've always wanted to make this bread aka Irish Soda bread. I think this will go into my recipe box. Looks yummy!
