Yes they sell it at Wal Mart also, it is sometimes called RAW SUGAR or Turbinado, it is commonly used by Food Stylist, on pies and cookies. It really does enhance the eye appeal of the pie, I use it all the time. Great dessert. Thanks for sharing.
