I added a cream cheese tunnel to the cake and then topped with cream cheese icing and sprinkles. For the tunnel, I mixed together 2 - 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1 tsp of vanilla.
Just a little tip ...put wax paper around the edges of the cake and after you put the powered sugar on you can pull the wax paper out and have a clean plate :)
