Thanks so much for your comments Felecia. Yes I too have added chopped boiled eggs not only to the gravy but to the stuffing as well, either way are always welcomed & enjoyed. I usually have enough chopped giblets and turkey, that usually just omit the boiled egg. But you are right It sure is good either way. Great to hear from you, Have a wonderfully Blessed Thanksgiving.

That's how we make it. We add a chopped boiled egg to the gravy. So good & homemade.
