Made for the Sweet December event, this recipe brought back my favorite childhood memories of my Mom. Her favorite thing to eat was warm gingerbread & she would have loved your pancakes as Siggi & I did this morning. He is feeling very spoiled today. Neither of us felt the need for anything but a slather of butter. The texture & flavor were great. Thx for the memory & sharing this lovely recipe w/us.
