I'm an American who moved from Dallas to Iceland to marry a native Icelander, retire & become his "Kitchen Queen". Recipes appeal to me if they feature a cook method, ingredient or cuisine I favor AND are good options for entertaining family & friends. If cooking for just 2 of us, I target simple, easy-fix, flexible & mostly make-ahead recipes. I like to challenge myself & enjoy baking & food photography.
