Photo Of My First Try At Your Pie, Leah. They Were Delicious And I Now Know Center Knife Clean Is The Key To Knowing If It Is Done. I Still Ended Up With Neither Pie Being As Thick As The Pics I See Here & One Was Just Really Thin. Maybe I Should 1.5x Recipe?
