Retired from being a Registered Nurse (for over 40 years!!) in September of 2012. Don't really like to cook, so I'm looking for quick and simple, but delicious and nutritious recipes. Have lived in the Rocky Mountain states since I was born. Love it here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else -- great place to raise a family. I have 3 children (1 son, the oldest and 2 daughters). I have one grandson. I'm not big on having more, but I don't have a lot to do with that. Love to have family get-togethers where we talk and eat until we are full with food and love of family.
