I'm just a little Southern girl who loves her Lore, loves her family, and loves her food! One of my favorite ways of saying, "I love you" to someone is to prepare them a lovely meal! I love "playing" with food...experimenting to see what works and making a dish uniquely mine. I am learning to eat heat! Since the capsicum in peppers is good for you, and gives dishes so much flavor, this is turning into a fun educational journey!
