I'm a weekend food vendor of jams & jellies, lo sugar & regular. I specialize in exotic & the not easy to find: choc/raspberry, mango, fig butter, cantaloupe, palm fruit, cactus jelly, etc. My cookies are also one of a kind, as is my breakfast biscuit, cheesy bacon biscuits. I make salsa, chow chow,pickles and relish, using ingredients my forbears used.
I have 3 beautiful & talented granddaughters and a happy well fed husband, but he never gains weight! I'm very retired & loving it!
