Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 3 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup milk, whole
- 5 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces dasiy brand sourcream
- 1 box confectious sugar
- 6 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make almond butter cream cake

Step 1Mix eggs, butter, sugar, oil on med speed for 3 min.

Step 2Add sifted flour, milk, sourcream alound flavoring to mixture. Mix on med speed for 2 min.

Step 3Pour mixture into 3 9" round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. cake is done when tooth picks come out clean. Cool completely.

Step 4To make icing add 1 box of confectious sugar, stick of butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond flavoring and 6 Tbsp of whipping cream. Mix on med. speed for 3-5 min. Ice cake completely.
