  • 2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 3 tsp
    almond extract
  • 2 c
  • 3 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk, whole
  • 5 large
    egg whites
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 8 oz
    dasiy brand sourcream
  • 1 box
    confectious sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    whipping cream
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How to Make Almond butter cream cake


  1. Mix eggs, butter, sugar, oil on med speed for 3 min.
  2. Add sifted flour, milk, sourcream alound flavoring to mixture. Mix on med speed for 2 min.
  3. Pour mixture into 3 9" round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. cake is done when tooth picks come out clean. Cool completely.
  4. To make icing add 1 box of confectious sugar, stick of butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond flavoring and 6 Tbsp of whipping cream. Mix on med. speed for 3-5 min. Ice cake completely.
