Almond butter cream cake

3 cself rising flour

1 cmilk, whole

5 largeegg whites

1/2 cvegetable oil

8 ozdasiy brand sourcream

1 boxconfectious sugar

6 Tbspwhipping cream

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How to Make Almond butter cream cake
- Mix eggs, butter, sugar, oil on med speed for 3 min.
- Add sifted flour, milk, sourcream alound flavoring to mixture. Mix on med speed for 2 min.
- Pour mixture into 3 9" round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. cake is done when tooth picks come out clean. Cool completely.
- To make icing add 1 box of confectious sugar, stick of butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond flavoring and 6 Tbsp of whipping cream. Mix on med. speed for 3-5 min. Ice cake completely.
