I have always liked to cook, and come from a long line of wonderful ladies who were fabulous cooks. My Grandma on my Father's side always took me berry picking, so I developed a love of making jelly and preserves. I grow my own Strawberries, Raspberries and Elderberries for jelly making. Hopefully I will eventually have a Mulberry tree. That is my favorite jelly. Several years ago, I became a Grandmother myself. Overnight, it seemed like something magical happened and all of a sudden, my cooking got really excellent. Spending time in the kitchen with my Granddaughter is the best.
