becky's fresh vegetable salad
This recipe is from my aunt. I have made it many times and everyone loves it. You can use any type of vinegar you prefer.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Try Becky's fresh vegetable salad when you're looking for a light summer side dish. Broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and green onions are marinated in a savory dressing. They soak up its flavor and become tender, yet stay crisp. The marinade is sweet and tangy with a peppery bite from celery seed. It would be good on a lettuce salad too.
