I'm the father of one and the grandfather of three. I love to cook for them all and having my daughter live so close to me gives me the opportunity to cook for them often. Almost as much as I enjoy cooking for my family I love cooking for the 16 firefighters that I work with. I work in the city of Providence, RI in one of the top 10 busiest firehouses in America, so cooking a meal with multiple interruptions is always a challenge.
