I'm now learning to cook for 1 after many years cooking for 2 or more. I find being alone hard to eat right, I look at all the good recipes and think if I make that I'll be eating that for a week!! yes I freeze some leftovers but they are never the same as fresh. I like to make muffins and fancy beads but again I can't have much sugar!! The golden years you know : ^)
