- 1 Squash small about 2 lbs
- 1/4 cup olives, pitted
- 3 tablespoons grated pecorino romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
How To Make spaghetti squash with olives & pecorino

Step 1microwave squash 15 to 20 min.or untel tender, cool cut in half lengthwise; discard seeds. with fork, scrapw aquash lingthwise; place strands in med bowl.

Step 2Mix in olives,cheese, parsley, vigegar & olive oil. I put alittle more cheese & tomatoes on top and warmed another min. in microwave.
