Ingredients For spaghetti squash with olives & pecorino

1 Squash sm

about 2 lbs
1/4 c

olives, pitted
3 Tbsp

grated pecorino romano cheese
2 Tbsp

chopped parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp

olive oil
2 tsp

red wine vinegar

How To Make spaghetti squash with olives & pecorino

microwave squash 15 to 20 min.or untel tender, cool cut in half lengthwise; discard seeds. with fork, scrapw aquash lingthwise; place strands in med bowl.

Mix in olives,cheese, parsley, vigegar & olive oil. I put alittle more cheese & tomatoes on top and warmed another min. in microwave.
