Because of a slightly life altering event a couple of years ago I have been given the chance to follow my bliss and put my cooking to work. I've worked and ran in a few restaurants and I've been to cooking school but that was 25+ years ago so going back to that is not really an option. Between not being able to stand on a line for 10 hours to fearing that I would end up sticking some 25 year old Gordon Ramsey wanna be with a chefs knife I thought it better to work as a Personal Chef. By the way If you have the chops and the opportunity I highly recommend this line of work.
