OVEN FISH CHOWDER

This recipe was given to me by a friend I worked with.
It is delicious ~ and just put it in the oven for an hour.

Ingredients

2 lb
cod or haddock fillets
4
potatoes, sliced
1
bay leaf
2 1/2 tsp
salt
4
whole cloves
2 c
boiling water
1 clove
garlic, chopped
3
onions sliced
1/2 c
butter (or less)
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
white wine
2 c
light cream

Step-By-Step

1Put all ingredients in casserole, except cream.
Cover and bake one hour at 375 degrees.
HEAT CREAM AND ADD TO CASSEROLE ~ SERVE !
