A very tasty recipe for a healthy "Cabbage Slaw". This is not only tasty but its filling. I love to use the recipe when serving fish tacos as well. I have never cut back on my food, just changed my ingredients and I'm having fun with different recipes. Enjoy and "Happy Heart"

shredded red cabbage

shredded white cabbage
1 c
shredded carrots
1/4 c
pickle relish
3/4 c
minced scallions
1/2 c
nonfat mayonnaise
2 tsp
dijon mustard
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine red cabbage, white cabbage, and carrots.
Combine pickle relish, scallions, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper.

Toss dressing with cabbage mixture.
