- head of cabbage
- 8 oz
- chicken broth
- 10 oz
- tomato, onion, green chili mix
1Wash & chop cabbage into large bite-sized pieces, set aside.
2Bring chicken broth, cabbage and canned mixture to a steady simmer.
3Cover. Stir occasionally. Cook until cabbage is soft.
4Serve hot. DO NOT DRAIN. Keep covered when not serving.
Makes a great side dish! (Or, like in my cabbage-loving home, double the recipe, add some chicken and make it a meal!)
