Easy and Delicious Blueberry Maple Syrup

- tbs. butter (don't substitute)
- cup maple syrup (your favorite, real or otherwise)
- cup fresh blueberries
1Melt butter in medium sauce pan. Add maple syrup and blueberries.
2Simmer on low until blueberries burst and syrup reaches desired consistency. (Just a few minutes.)
3Serve with blueberry pancakes, waffles, Belgian waffles or french toast.
