Ingredients

1 pkg
orzo, cooked drained
1
one each; red and yellow tomatoe
1/2 c
each dice do; red onio, orange pepper, peppadew peppers
kalamata olives
feta cheese
garbanzo beans
pinch fresh diced parsley
cucumber diced
salami cubes ( if using a as a main dish)

DRESSING

1/2 c
olive oil
1/4 c
lemon juice
fig vinegar or apples cider vinegar ( to taste-adds tang)
pinch
pinch each; salt, pepper, garli
1 Tbsp
sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

After orzo has cooled, combine all diced vegetables.

Add feta closer to time to serve as well, the dressing. Tweet dressing for your own taste. Can also substitute the fig oil for balsamic vinegar.

Serving dressing on side allows for individual taste.
