Ingredients

4 c
chicken cooked and diced
2 c
chopped celery
2 c
sliced seedless grapes
4 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
1 c
greek yogurt or 1 cup mashed avocado
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl mix.

Mix yogurt or avocado, salt, pepper in a small bowl.

Combine yogurt or avocado with chicken mixture. Chill 1 hour.

NOTE: cook chicken breasts 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until totally done.
