| 1/4 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 1/4 tsp | ginger |
| 1 Tbsp | apple cider vinegar (organic if possible) |
| 2 Tbsp | water |
| 1 Tbsp | honey (local raw is best) |

Directions
Dissolve cayenne and ginger in cider vinegar and water. Add honey and shake well.
Take 1 tablespoon as needed for cough.

I just made some of this and took my first dose, as I'm getting over a pretty nasty sinus infection and have now started up with the hacking. So far, it's working and the cayenne is actually very soothing to my sore and scratchy throat. I may have to make some more though, we'll see how it goes. Thanks for posting, Stormy!
