apple cider vinegar (organic if possible)
honey (local raw is best)
1Dissolve cayenne and ginger in cider vinegar and water. Add honey and shake well.
Take 1 tablespoon as needed for cough.

I use lemon juice, honey and cayenne. Everyone in my family swears by it. Even the kids ,who don't like the taste, ask for it first if they start to get a sore throat or cough, because they know it helps so much!
