Ingredients

1 lb
cod fillets
1/4 c
italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
lemon pepper
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Coat a baking dis with a small amount of oil or butter and set a side.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2on a bowl mix the bread crumbs, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and parmesan cheese together and dredge fillets into mix and place in the baking dish.
3Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees and then put under broiler for 5 minutes to brown up.
4It complemented this recipe wonderfully
