Ingredients

2 large
rainbow trout filet
4 large
shrimps
4 oz
zucchini
2 Tbsp
almond
1 c
panko bread crumbs
3 Tbsp
feiny's chesapeake bay rub
2 oz
squash, fresh
4 slice
bacon
1 small
onion
2 oz
pesto
4 oz
cream
1 small
sweet potatoes

Step-By-Step

1Take two pieces of Rainbow Trout and bread with panko mixture and rubs. sauté on stove with a little oil until golden. about 3 minutes per side. sauté shrimp.

2saute zucchini, squash, onion and bacon until golden...

3peel sweet potatoes and drop in fryer @250 for 2 minutes…don't burn.

heat up cream and pesto and pour on plate and layer,
next hash, then fish then shrimp…stack sweet potato on top.
