I use thighs for this, however you can use whatever you choose. This is a very easy and cost efficient recipe to feed a crowd.

Ingredients

chicken thighs
1-2 can(s)
chipotle in adobo ( puree in food processor)

limes- juiced
1/3 c
minced garlic
3 12oz. bottle
beer
1 c
agave nectar
2 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1/4 c
kosher salt
1 Tbsp
coarse ground black pepper
1/4 c
granulated onion powder

yellow onions- quartered
1/2 c
brown sugar

Step-By-Step

1Marinade chicken in all ingredients 24-48 hours.
2Grill on indirect heat until done. Baste with marinade.
3Last 5 minutes cook over direct heat to caramelize.
