This is my go to meringue for pies or etc.Really pretty on top of a pie.

Ingredients

3 large
egg whites
6 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
cream of tartar

Step-By-Step

1Add all to medium bowl and use mixer to beat until stiff peaks appear.It does take a while.
2Pour this over any pie or banana pudding and use broiler in oven,just until lightly browned.Watch so it does not burn.
