This is a Polish Easter shortbread. This recipe was handed down by one of my relatives. I am really not sure which one. It was scribbled on paper. It is really delicious! This shortbread consists of Cherries, Apricots, Citrus, Walnuts and Golden Raisins. I hope you all enjoy this Polish pastry.
