Rocky Road Rockets

Bobbie Hewitt

I'm sure someone has invented these but just in case, I just did. lol. I was making cake balls and didn't have any Ritz for the leftover chocolates so I threw this together. They're really quite good. They are very messy to make and on the picture, some have PB and Cream and some are separate. The one with white and dark chocolate is really good.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
This tasty little treat reminds me of peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwiches! I used the honey peanut butter as suggested... you won't be disappointed. These would be great at a holiday gathering or as a fun after-school treat. They're fun!

1 pkg
white almond bark
1 pkg
chocolate almond bark
1 box
Town House or Ritz crackers
1 jar(s)
peanut butter with honey (opt)
1 jar(s)
marshmallow cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt the chocolate according to package directions. Put peanut butter on one cracker and marshmallow cream on the other to make sandwiches. Dip and roll the sandwich in the chocolate and set on wax paper to dry.
