shortening
1 lb (4c.)
confectioners' sugar, sifted
3 Tbsp
water
1 tsp
vanilla or almond extract
1/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Gently combine all ingredients.

2Then beat at high speed for about 5 minutes.

3Keep covered while you work. Do not refrigerate.
