Ingredients

1 c
self rising corn meal
2 Tbsp
self rising flour
1 can(s)
(15 oz.) cream-style corn
1 c
sour cream
1/4 c
corn oil
2
eggs
2 Tbsp
chopped pimentos
1 tsp
dried minced onion

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, mix corn meal and flour. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

2Pour mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 400ยบ oven for 25 to 35 minutes.

3Cut into squares to serve. Delicious with butter or covered with creamed chicken, roast beef and gravy, or sliced turkey and gravy.
