It's nearly time to plant Brussels Sprouts and here is another recipe that I come up with

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
11/2 c
uncooked instant rice
1 medium
onion
2
eggs slightly beaten
11/2
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1-10 oz
frozen brussels sprouts
2 can(s)
15 oz each tomato sauce
1 c
water
1 tsp
dried thyme

Step-By-Step

1In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Shape a 1/4 cupful each frozen Brussels sprout to form a meatball.
2Place in a ungreased 15 by 10 inch baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, water, thyme, pour over meatballs.
3Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meatballs are cooked through.
4Yield 8 to 10
