This Pico De Gallo is the best I've personally had. It's from my sisters husbands family, who are Mexican. The ingredients are fresh and clean tasting. A very simple recipe but it is so delicious and by far the fresh flavor profile beats the store bought kind!

Ingredients

3 medium
vine ripened tomatos
1/2 medium
sweet yellow onion or white onion

fresh green serrano chilis
3 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh
1 Tbsp
parsely, fresh
salt-n-pepper to taste
1 medium
lemon or lime

If at all possible, buy as many ingredients organic for this recipe since it is not cooked.

Chop Tomato with skin on into small pieces

Dash of salt-n-pepper to taste

Squeeze Lemon or Lime over mixture. Mix.

Let rest for 3-4 hours in fridge.

Keeps 5-6 days.
