cream cheese

smoked salmon, broken up

meyer lemon, thin sliced

shallot, thinly sliced
fresh cracked black pepper

Set out sandwich ingredients

On each slice of bread, spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Divide the salmon evenly over the 4 slices. Layer the lemon and shallots on top. Add the cracked pepper and serve.
