Ingredients

4 slice
thick multi grain bread
8 Tbsp
cream cheese
1 / 3 lb
smoked salmon, broken up
1
meyer lemon, thin sliced
1
shallot, thinly sliced
fresh cracked black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Set out sandwich ingredients
2On each slice of bread, spread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Divide the salmon evenly over the 4 slices. Layer the lemon and shallots on top. Add the cracked pepper and serve.
