I love cooking. I am self taught & have a flair for the unusual. I feel fortunate to strike out on my own because my flavor combinations are unique.
My talent has taken me from bar manager to multi-unit restaurant manager. I wrote & designed menu items as kitchen manager, as well; I have done it all, even held my state food handling license.
At home though, I am a Godly wife to a gorgeous husband. We've 7 sons. I am an all natural birther. All of our sons were out of the hospital births. I garden, sew, & crochet.
We really cherish meals that were from our own crops grown from seeds
