I love Panera Bread's 10 vegetable soup but do not live near a Panera Bread store. I tried several different recipes before coming up with this one on my own. A dash of that a splash of this until I can't even remember what theirs tastes like, but love this one! This was the first time I used white pepper and wow is it great. If you've never cooked with white pepper be careful you can get too much too fast.

Ingredients For wendy's 10 veggie soup
1/2 to 3/4 tsp
yellow bell pepper, diced
red bell pepper, diced
pablano pepper, diced
roma tomatoes, diced
whole baby carrots or sliced carrots
celery, diced or sliced thin
corn with poblano and bell pepper, drained well
1/2 to 1 can
chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained well

How To Make wendy's 10 veggie soup
Add broth and spices, Including tomato paste and lime juice, to a pot and turn on low to medium heat while you prepare the veggies.
Add all the veggies to the warm broth in your pot. I add mine as I chop. Bring to a boil.
Boil or simmer (lidded) until all veggies are softened.
