How to Make Veggie Matzo Ball Soup
- In a large pot. Open and pour in all 4 boxes of Vegetable Broth. Add onion. Drain both cans of carrots and add. Set to boil.
(Optional chopped celery)
- Once at a boil make your matzo balls. (Again following direction on the box) and add to broth as directed. Cover lower to simmer and cook 20 mins.
- Once cooked you can add spices to taste. I added salt & pepper and a little parsley and some Ms. Dash.
(Optional a smidge of garlic or dill weed)
- You can add chicken, turkey or even noodles. Adapt it your tastes!
