Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can white beans, drained
- 1 package spinach, fresh
- 1 medium zuchinni, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 medium broccoli florets, fresh
- - salt/pepper to taste
- - parmesan cheese & croutons for garnish, if desired
How To Make veggie-bean soup

Step 1combine water and chicken broth, bring to a boil

Step 2add all the ingredients ( remember to drain the beans) except the parmesan cheese.

Step 3simmer about 20 mins....garnish with the parmesan cheese and croutons, if desired
