How to Make Vegetarian Mexico City Soup
- Boil celery, carrots, and cumin in broth until tender.
- Chop jalapenos, onions, avocado, cilantro and tomatoes and put in individual bowls.
- Fill bowls with hot broth. Have each person add their favorite sides
