Leave out potato and use little rice or macaroni
The diced tomatoes I had were Diced Tomatoes with Basil and something else,can't remember what? It just enhanced the flavor more.
I froze 4 pint jars..they did not last long as I gave 3 away. I am having one tonight for dinner! It really is good! I am having a piece of garlic toast with it, that's all! Reaaalllly good!

Ingredients
-
2 can(s)28 oz diced tomatoes, put in soup pot- or only 1 if desired
-
1 1/2 cwater
-
1 can(s)kidney beans, don't drain liquid

1 can(s)green beans, undrained

1 clima beans, frozen, or a bit more, you decide

1 ccorn, frozen, or little more, you decide

1potato, peel and cut up pieces

2carrots, cut and slice

1 largeonion
-
1bay leaf
-
1/2 tspthyme, dried
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
1/2-1 cadd peas, frozen at end, cook 1 minute only

- Put all in soup pot
Simmer veggies in pot for 20 min - Don't forget to remove the Bay Leaf!!
