Ingredients
- 4 ounces dried lentils
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 1/2 cups celery
- 1 cup bell pepper
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 3 quarts water
- 1 quart vege broth
- 3 cloves garlic, crush and chop
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon smokey paprika
- 2 teaspoons red chili pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach

How To Make spicy lentils

Step 1In a large pan, heat 1/4 cup Olive Oil to medium heat. Chop all veges, add onion, celery, carrots, bell pepper to sauce pan. Cover, cook until onions are translucent.

Step 2Stir every few minutes. Once Onions are tender, add 3 Quarts of water, Soy sauce, Lentils and Spices. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Simmer,cover and cook on low for 2 hours.

Step 3Add Fresh Spinach just before serving. Enjoy!
