  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 4 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped ginger
  • 1 c
    spicey cocoa sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 qt
  • 1 bunch
  • 1
    butternut squash
  • 3
    zucchini, chopped
  • 3
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    (15-ounce) chickpeas or 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1
    bay leaf

How to Make Spicey Vegetarian Soup


  1. Saute Onion, Garlic, Poultry seasoning, Cinnamon, Ginger, Spicey Cocoa Sauce and Honey.
  2. Add water and Veggies and simmer for 30 Minutes.
  3. Add Bay Leaf 5 minutes before end of cooking and remove before eating. You can either enjoy this soup as is, or Puree it.
