- 1/2 cup chopped grn pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- - garlic salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon reg. salt
- 1/4 teaspoon blk pepper
- 2 cups tomato juice or possibly v-8 juice
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
