THIS WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MY BRTHR IN LAW BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY SEVERAL YRS. AGO. THIS IS A COLD SOUP & VERY GOOD.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped grn pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • - garlic salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon reg. salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 2 cups tomato juice or possibly v-8 juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
