This soup is a favorite at my house and so easy to make. Start the soup after breakfast and your dinner is ready with no effort. A pan of cornbread is very good with this soup.

  • 1 lb
    cubed lean beef stew meat
  • 1 can(s)
    15 ounce whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    15 ounce green beans
  • 1 can(s)
    15 ounce carrots with juice
  • 1 can(s)
    15 ounce sliced potatoes wit juice
  • 1 pkg
    1.25 ounce pkg. beef with onion soup mix
  • 1 can(s)
    28 ounce crushed tomatoes
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup


  1. Place meat, corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, sop mix, and salt and pepper to taste into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6 or 7 hours. Add water if necessary. I never need to add water.
