This soup is a favorite at my house and so easy to make. Start the soup after breakfast and your dinner is ready with no effort. A pan of cornbread is very good with this soup.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cubed lean beef stew meat
- 1 can 15 ounce whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can 15 ounce green beans
- 1 can 15 ounce carrots with juice
- 1 can 15 ounce sliced potatoes wit juice
- 1 package 1.25 ounce pkg. beef with onion soup mix
- 1 can 28 ounce crushed tomatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make slow cooker beef vegetable soup

Step 1Place meat, corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, sop mix, and salt and pepper to taste into the slow cooker.

Step 2Stir to combine.

Step 3Cook on low for 6 or 7 hours. Add water if necessary. I never need to add water.
