Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup

This soup is a favorite at my house and so easy to make. Start the soup after breakfast and your dinner is ready with no effort. A pan of cornbread is very good with this soup.

1 lb
cubed lean beef stew meat
1 can(s)
15 ounce whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can(s)
15 ounce green beans
1 can(s)
15 ounce carrots with juice
1 can(s)
15 ounce sliced potatoes wit juice
1 pkg
1.25 ounce pkg. beef with onion soup mix
1 can(s)
28 ounce crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste


1Place meat, corn, green beans, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, sop mix, and salt and pepper to taste into the slow cooker.
2Stir to combine.
3Cook on low for 6 or 7 hours. Add water if necessary. I never need to add water.
