    rutabaga, medium dice
  • 3 medium
    turnips, medium dice
  • 1 small
    daiko, medium dice
  • 3 medium
    potatoes, medium dice
  • 1 medium
    leek, medium dice
  • 2 medium
    onios, medim dice
  • 3 clove
    shallots, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme, leaves
  • 2 medium
    bay leaves, dried
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 2 qt
    cold water

How to Make Root Cellar Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Peele and dice all vegetable.
  2. Add all ingredients to a heavy pot and simer until the vegetable starting to get tender.
  3. You can thicken with cornstarch.
