- 2 medium carrots, medium dice
- 1 large rutabaga, medium dice
- 3 medium turnips, medium dice
- 1 small daiko, medium dice
- 3 medium potatoes, medium dice
- 1 medium leek, medium dice
- 2 medium onios, medim dice
- 3 cloves shallots, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, leaves
