2 cchicken broth

1 cantomato-vegetable juice cocktail, 11.5 oz

1 cwater

1 lgpotato, diced

2carrots, sliced

2celery stalks, sliced

1 candiced tomatoes, 14.5oz

1 cfresh green beans, chopped

1 cfresh corn kernels
-
salt and pepper, to taste

creole seasoning, to taste-i use konrico
How To Make quick and easy vegetable soup

1In a large stock pot, combine broth, tomato juice, water, potatoes, carrots, celery, green beans, and corn. Season with salt and pepper and Creole seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 30 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
